Procrastinating

Stop making excuses! What have you been saying you’re going to do…one of these days? You must make a choice to prioritise whats important and JUST DO IT!

Some tips to get started…

Start today -not next month, not when things seem better, not when you have all the resource. Start now!

Establish a planned schedule- the famous quote says “ If you fail to plan you are planning to fail” You need to designate  specific time  for the things you need to do.

Face your fears- We hate fear because we think it is a sign of weakness, when actually fear is a sign of humanity. Focus on what you will gain and get out of doing what you plan to do. There are not many things worth gaining that are not painful during the process.

Don’t ask “What do I feel like doing” instead ask “ What do I need to do in order for me to achieve what I have set out to do?”

There is no promise that what you want to do will be easy. There will be great sacrifice and commitments. But there is an amazing reward in doing what we set out to achieve

…So what are you waiting for?

One thing that inspired me in Jeremy’s latest blog “Pure Inspiration” Is the story of Amy Purdy in the  video Pass the bucket. I love what she shares in the clip  “It’s not what you don’t have or what you do have that matters It’s what you give”

~What do you have to give today?
